Salt Bath Cleansing
Description
The salt bath is one of the oldest and most universal spiritual cleansing rituals. Used throughout Mexico, Central America, and the Hispanic world, this ritual harnesses the purifying properties of salt to remove negative energies, envy, evil eye, and heavy accumulated burdens.
Materials Needed
- •1 handful of coarse sea salt
- •2 litres of warm water
- •1 white candle
- •7 drops of rosemary essence (optional)
- •Clean white clothes for after
Step by Step
- 1
Dissolve the sea salt in warm water while stating your cleansing intention.
- 2
Light the white candle in the bathroom and ask for protection.
- 3
Take your regular hygiene shower first.
- 4
Pour the salt water from your shoulders down — never over the head.
- 5
Visualise negative energies leaving your body with the water.
- 6
Do not rinse immediately — let it dry for a few minutes.
- 7
Wear white or light-coloured clothes after the ritual.
🌙 Best Time
Tuesday or Saturday, preferably during the waning moon to enhance removal of negative energies.
⚠️ Precautions
Do not perform more than once a week. Salt is very powerful and can dry the skin. People with open wounds or very sensitive skin should consult first.
