Rue Bath

Description

The rue bath is a powerful protection and cleansing ritual deeply rooted in Latin American culture. Rue (Ruta graveolens) has been considered the "queen of protective herbs" for centuries, used to combat evil eye, envy, and stagnant energies.

Materials Needed

• •7 fresh rue branches
• •2 litres of water
• •1 green candle (for protection and prosperity)

Step by Step

   Boil 7 rue branches in 2 litres of water for 5 minutes.

   Let the infusion cool until lukewarm (never hot).
