All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our authorised payment provider. CosmicSelf does not store credit card details or banking information directly on its servers.

Digital products: Due to the nature of digital products, once content has been delivered or made available for download, no refunds shall be granted except where required by law.

Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refund will be provided for the remaining period.

All content on the CosmicSelf platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, generated reports, algorithms and software — is the property of CosmicSelf or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or commercially exploit reports and content generated by the platform without prior written permission.

The readings, reports and interpretations provided by CosmicSelf are generated by automated analysis methods. Whilst we strive to offer insightful and meaningful content, these results are intended solely for entertainment and personal reflection.

Computer-generated content does not constitute professional advice in health, finance, legal matters or any other professional field. Important life decisions should be made with the support of qualified professionals.

By using our services, you agree not to:

• Use the services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to restricted areas of the system

• Share, resell or redistribute generated content for commercial purposes

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
