Ingredients
- 11 bunch of fresh lavender or 3 tablespoons dried
- 22 litres of water
- 33 drops of lavender essential oil (optional)
- 41 lilac or white candle
How To β Step by Step

Boil water and add lavender.

Turn off heat and add essential oil.

Steep for 20 minutes.

Strain.

Light lilac candle and play soft music.

Take your regular shower.

Pour lavender bath slowly from neck down.

Close eyes and visualise absolute peace.

Wear comfortable clothes and sleep early if possible.
