Ingredients

• 11 handful of coarse salt (do not use fine salt)
• 22 litres of warm water
• 31 white candle (optional)

How To — Step by Step

1. 1

   Dissolve the coarse salt in warm water.

   Take your regular hygiene shower first.

   Pour the salt water from the neck down — never on the head.

   Visualise negative energies leaving your body.

5. 5

   Do not rinse immediately — let it dry for a few minutes.

   Wear light-coloured clothes after the bath.

7. 7

   Repeat at most once a week — coarse salt is very powerful.

Warnings & Precautions

Do not pour salt water on the head — it can destabilise spiritual energy. People with high blood pressure or skin conditions should consult a doctor. Pregnant women should avoid.
