Ingredients

• 11 bunch of fresh rue
• 22 litres of water
• 31 handful of coarse salt
• 41 white or blue candle

How To — Step by Step

1. 1

   Boil water and add rue (break stems by hand).

   Add coarse salt and turn off heat.

   Steep for 20 minutes.

   Strain carefully (wear gloves if skin is sensitive).

   Light the candle in the bathroom.

   Take your regular shower.

   Pour the rue bath from neck down.

   Say aloud: "All envy and evil eye leave me now".

   Let dry naturally and wear white clothes.

WARNING: Rue is toxic if ingested. Do NOT use if pregnant — rue is an abortifacient. May cause skin irritation — wear gloves. Keep away from children and pets.
